The amount of time that Brian thought it would take to build new stairs for our back porch. That was 4 hours ago and did not include the use of a jack hammer. Van shopping is on hold today.

We know how that goes! I thought I'd be gone for a week at most; we're at a week and a half, and probably have another week and a half to go, and even then, it won't be done (the plaster/drywall disaster upstairs). I hear Brian's been helping Bob out, moving furniture, etc. I hope that hasn't slowed things down for you!
