Child labor and homemade booze!

Brian decided to make some homemade hard cider this year. Now we have all the supplies and he went to an orchard near Attica for some unpasteurized cider. Now the yeast is added and we just have to let it sit for 2 weeks to ferment.

It is a lot! Five gallons. Although if it's good, it probably won't seem like too much.

lol... be careful!! we just bottled ours that's been fermenting for about a YEAR this past weekend. Scott poured me a pint and I sucked it down because it was so good, but I woke up with one of the worst hangovers EVER.... on a Tuesday, no less! (honest, I don't drink much, despite my "TKB" hat I wear at work all the time)
